DIVORCE SERVICES
Amicable Divorce
Divorce does NOT need to be war. It simply does NOT. An uncontested divorce is an affordable, efficient and relatively quick way to get divorced while still protecting your rights. The other party can be represented or elect to remain without an attorney (also called Pro Se.)
Collaborative Divorce
A collaborative divorce is a unique process where both parties agree to maintain all issues outside of the Judge’s control. During a collaborative divorce, both parties are represented by a collaborative attorney. A neutral lead the process and additional professionals are used depending on the issues at hand.
Mediated Divorce
A Mediated Divorce is the perfect middle ground between an uncontested divorce and a litigated divorce. Mediation allows the parties an opportunity to negotiate issues that they have not agreed upon. Most commonly, the parties negotiate time-sharing of children, alimony claims and equitable distribution.
